It’s been a while, isn’t it? Over 2 years actually since I actively posted on this website. I guess this was due to the rise of social media on one hand and a rise in workload on the other hand. Facebook and Instagram took over as my main sources of sharing my work. But I now feel it is time that this website gets some attention again.
A lot has happened in those two years. Really established myself as one of the leading photographers in the dance-sport world. Got a few new bigger corporate clients and recently reconnected with Sigma (Germany) with the intent to intensify the collaboration.
As a first step I got to try out the new Sigma 24-70mm f2.8 Art lens and the slightly older Sigma 150-600mm Sport lens. Both turned out to be really excellent lenses. More about that in future posts.
What I see for the future of this website. Well, mostly short (visual) stories about assignments I did and other photography projects. Reviews and impressions of (new) gear. Share a few tips and tricks every now and then. And a visual review of the recent month. Well after I catch up and post the ones for the recent 15 months.
The Portfolio is also something I will be working on in the coming months. At the moment it is still empty but I hope to fill that up fast. If you in the meantime are looking for more of my work have a look at my Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/vstudio.photos/) or my Instagram account through the banner here at the bottom of the page.
For now I will leave you with a few photos from the last shoot of 2017, Christmas Moments concert in Audi Forum Neckarsulm.
